Registration Fees

 

The registration fees for Regular and Junior Participants include:

  •  admission to all conference sessions 
  •  conference materials (book of abstracts, etc.) 
  •  welcome cocktail 
  •  morning and afternoon refreshment breaks 
  •  buffet lunches 
  •  excursion

 

The registration fee for an Accompanying Guest includes:

  •  welcome cocktail 
  •  conference dinner 
  •  guest excursion

1Junior Participants are students and post-docs. Proof of student status will be required upon registration.

2Accompanying guests must register for Calix 2015 and pay the registration fee.

 

Please note that conference fees must be received in full, so ensure that any bank charges are debited in their entirety to the sender.

 

 

 

  •   Tickets for the conference dinner (7 July 2015) can be purchased in advance or at the Registration Desk for € 50 each.

 

 

Registration for the 13th ICC - Calix 2015 will open on 1 January 2015.
 

Cancellation Policy. Conference fees (less € 50 administration charge) will be refunded provided that the cancellation request is received no later than 5 June 2015. No refunds will be made after this date. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to calix2015@unisa.it.

 

 

Student and Post-Doc registration grants (Awardees are listed here)

With generous support from our sponsors, we plan to make up to 10 competitive registration grants (nominal value € 250) to students and post-docs. Applications for the registration grant require a copy of the submitted poster abstract, a short CV and a 100-word statement on the personal contribution to the work described in the abstract.  For additional information see here.
